·3 years agoSorry, what do you mean by "I PLACED THE RETURN ORDER" that you opened a claim to make the return and eBay gave you reason by asking you to make the return? If so, have you already shipped the item back and informed eBay of the tracking code for the return shipment? The refund will be issued after the seller gets the item back and it may take a few more days, since the money is taken from the seller's bank account associated with the eBay account (sellers no longer receive money on Paypal since 2021) so you need to factor in banking days (Mon>Fri).
