P.P. has stated that he received the sum of 23,60 and it is exactly the amount I sent

besides having written everything and the opposite of everything (first line he has not received the money, second line he has received.... ),

P.P. could also, at a stretch, be interpreted as what you do in the bathroom (or, if necessary, wherever you happen to be...... ) Postepay? Paypal? there is a big difference between the two payments.....

I didn't understand what the seller told you! They definitely can't have told you that they didn't receive the money and at the same time that they received 23.60
