Hello, today I found a strange letter among my mail sent by a certain Nivi s.p.a, in which, on behalf of eBay GmbH, they are requesting an unpaid amount of 28.33 euros. THAT’S IT. it says nothing else, no details. What should I do? Then, turning the sheet over, I notice that the "document date" is even from 2015.I’m attaching the letter.Has anyone had the same experience?
