I imagine you took the package to the post office or to a pickup point, or else the courier came to pick up the package....
To find out where your package is, you need the tracking code.
There are several ways to find the tracking code:
- go to the email inbox for your eBay account; there you should find an email from Packlink to retrieve the shipping label, and from the label you can see the code. The code must be entered on the carrier's website to check the tracking.
- go to your eBay account and in the "order management" section, next to the item you sold, you should find a tracking code.
- go to the website spedizioni.ebay.it and log in with your eBay account; there you will find the shipment you made with Packlink, where you can retrieve the tracking code.

Maybe PackLink... and, anyway, you had the package in your hands.
You put a label on it (aka the "waybill"...): on it there was, besides the courier's name, also a little number/barcode (aka "tracking"...).
There you go, besides the PackLink summary page, if you go to the courier's website mentioned above and enter the little number (also mentioned above) in the appropriate box, after a few hours from pickup, magically, something should appear.

·1 year agoAside from the fact that if he shipped with packlink, he might as well contact packlink...
That said, for a private seller selling new high-value items, I think that from next year on the "problem" of tracking will be the last thing he needs to worry about...

·1 year agohe could have several problems if he doesn't learn quickly how to use all the eBay tools and the off-eBay ones that make it possible to complete sales with a certain margin of safety.
Shipping a silver service worth 5500 euros over a distance without knowing where it is and/or how to find the tracking code.....
Or what the shipping broker is called.......
