I HAVE A QUESTION
hello, this is my first time selling on eBay, I did everything and paid my 7.38 with Poste Italiane, they sent me the label and nothing else, except that the pickup was for today 09.03.2023 and I’m still waiting for them to come pick up the package, but is this normal?? can someone help me a bit, thanks in advance

Then go to all shipments, then go to details, then go to other actions --> create support ticket.
Make it clear that the courier did not come on the scheduled day; they should reschedule a new pickup for you.
