I have a question
Good evening, the buyer received the package according to the tracking, but hasn’t confirmed it on eBay even though I asked him to please do it because I’m a new seller and by doing so they can see that I’m reliable. What do you think I should do? I’m not sure if I explained myself well. Thanks, have a good evening everyone

·2 years agoThis isn't Subito or Vinted where the buyer has to confirm delivery to release the funds...
And there's not even automatic feedback like on the platforms above: if someone wants to, they leave it or not.
For a new seller, patience is needed... both to get the money released and to build up a high "reliability" rating.

·2 years agoIt’s not the buyer who has to confirm the item’s arrival, it’s eBay if you’ve entered the shipping code.
You don’t need to write that in the feedback too; for new sellers, that’s the rule, and it’s clearly stated, no scam.
