I have a question
Hello. A little while ago I had purchased a shipping label, size 48x33x7 2kg, I noticed that the rates on BRT’s side have gone up by 3 times. Is it just me or have they increased the rates? I’m asking because last week I shipped again with BRT and Packlink shipments and always paid no more than 5.68 for shipments up to 2kg. I always preferred Bartolini for their efficiency and shipping speed, but now I think I’ll have to go back to using Poste/SDA services..

·1 year ago48x33x7 comes out as a volumetric weight slightly above 2kg
Then keep in mind that not all zones have the same rates; there are areas where shipping costs more.

·1 year agoThe price up to 2 kg with BRT has stayed the same. The problem is probably the dimensions.

OP1 year agoI tried entering other sizes to see if it changes the price. In the end it always stays the same, 18 something instead of 6, so this time I chose SDA for 5.98, even with home pickup

·1 year agoIf you also tried a package under 1kg and you still get a high rate, it means that BRT requires a higher cost to serve that route.
But if you try another courier, for example the postal one, you should avoid this kind of surcharge.
Best regards.

OP1 year agohi. I've been shipping with brt for years now and I know all the rates for Italy and Europe well. it's something new

·1 year agoIt depends on the postal code or Zone Name (city).
You may know all the rates you want, but not all the postal codes in Italy.
Simply put, there are areas in Italy where a courier would make only a few runs, so sending out a van would not be cost-effective at the usual rates.
Kind regards.
