I have a question
I bought a USED item in Spain. At the time of payment, 22% VAT was added. But how is this possible if VAT on used products in Italy is not applied?

·1 year agoProbably the good, although used, is sold by the EU supplier outside the margin scheme; this is a normal intra-Community purchase for which it will be necessary to integrate the national VAT and the subsequent resale will be subject to tax and therefore excluded from the application of the margin scheme.
