I have a question

Good morning everyone,

I’ve only recently become a private seller. I sold an item, but the payout isn’t being deposited because my account is not updated. After many attempts, the problem still hasn’t been resolved. Could someone kindly give me some advice? Thanks

Good morning,
The data is all there: I mean *all* of it.
The IBAN has been verified: I have proof of it.
But I keep receiving emails reporting a problem.
I don't know what else to do.

Good morning,
to be brief, maybe I haven't explained well what's happening to me.
I know the funds are frozen for a few days, but I keep being
contacted via email and each time with a reason related to
the update of my account.
I spent hours checking whether I had forgotten to add something, but it seems
that it didn't help.
Now I'm waiting for an email telling me what I need to do or whether what I've done is
okay.

..... sometimes an automatic email from Ebay can arrive ..... even when everything is fine....
so, to recap:

if the micro-credits went through successfully, wait at least a couple of weeks (if not three....) to see if the credit from the first sale arrives, then possibly contact Ebay support, hoping they have the solution to the problem....
