I have a question

Hello, on my card I saw a charge on eBay (I didn't make any purchase, since the amount is €239 I would like to know if there is any way to find out who bought with my card, to trace it back to an account or something)

With this account you don’t show up as an eBay seller

So we can rule out that it’s post-sale issues, commissions, or fees related to selling.

Have you made any purchases?

Could it be a duplicate charge?

Check whether any of your family members has access to this account of yours and placed an order.

Check whether it might be a purchase of a virtual good, like a subscription to some service or a license for some program or game.

If you realize it’s a purchase of a virtual good (that doesn’t need to be physically shipped), I recommend contacting eBay support and then contacting your bank to dispute the payment.

This is a procedure called chargeback, and for the details on the process and how it works you need to contact your bank.

Cloning a card for an amount like that and using it on eBay is very complicated; for similar amounts, 3D Secure verification is required with an OTP code request that is sent by SMS to the mobile phone linked to the card. It would only make sense for withdrawing large sums.

So:

Check on your eBay account, see if there’s a purchase in the order history of "My eBay".
Check the shipping address on your eBay account; no one would do something like that to ship to your address.
Verify whether someone "at home" who has access to your card and your eBay account made the purchase, a likely hypothesis especially if the card was not completely drained, but they limited themselves to this purchase only.
If you still haven’t solved it, block the card and account and file a report.
