I have a question

Recently an item I put up for sale was purchased, I used the option to have the package shipped, pickup at home instead of me going to send it, today is the expiration day, but I have no pickup email so I wanted to know what I should do

in short: if you use Ebay's shipping manager ( managed, incidentally, by Packlink ) , no confirmation emails arrive

if the home pickup was supposed to be today and they don't show up, you'll have to contact the shipping manager from tomorrow through the relevant procedure to report it
