Hello,I placed an order on November 13, 2024. By mistake, I did it without logging into my account, but with the same email. Now I would like to contact the seller to see when they will start the shipment, but I can't do that without "signing up"—yet I already have an account with the same email used for the purchase, so this sign-up isn't possible. Besides, when I log into my personal account, I can't see the purchase even though it was made with the same email. Is this normal? I really need to know something about the shipment.Thanks a lot to anyone who replies.
