I sold an item but I haven't received the PayPal payment. what should I do??? is it true that eBay blocks the payment until it has been shipped????

From your profile it looks like you started selling again after a period of inactivity.

In the meantime, several things have changed, starting with PayPal, which is no longer the collection method.

Now eBay credits directly to your bank account.
