Shipment marked as delivered on 13/01/2022 at 19 and never arrived, and I was always home, no one rang the bell, called, etc.. I filed a complaint through eBay, PayPal and on your site.. the eBay seller from France did the same.. the shipment is 67356279759121 .. let me know as soon as possible or I will proceed with a report and legal action..

·8 months agoRegarding HR Parcel and the problem of the courier not delivering the package to your home address, this could be solved by selecting a pickup point instead of the home / office address.
By selecting a pickup point, you solve the problem of the courier marking the package as delivered when in reality they don’t actually come by to deliver it.
Now eBay has removed pickup points for many categories, so you have to arrange something through a service like mail box etc that charges 2 euros for the fermopoint service, or else you have to opt for the postal service fermoposta, which charges 3 euros for the service.
Rather than risk losing the item and the money, it’s better to spend 2 or 3 euros more.
Kind regards.

·10 months agoI'm a victim of HR PARCEL SRL too.
Package marked as delivered both by the Chinese courier and by the tracking on the HR PARCEL website.
We were all at home, plus the neighbors. So IT'S NOT TRUE THAT THEY CAME BY TO DELIVER IT.
The package was not delivered, they didn't leave any documents, they didn't come by the next day.
They don't reply to complaints, they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails or the chatbot.
Does it really exist?
Where are my packages? Did they keep them?

·10 months agoHR Parcel is an Italian transit hub and the final tracking (when the parcel is handed over to an Italian courier) is not known.
You can see from the hr parcel website that the package has been delivered, but you cannot know which courier it was or what tracking number was assigned by the courier handling the delivery.
So in these cases you find yourself in the situation where:
- Hr Parcel probably won’t जवाब
- the seller doesn’t care about you
- ebay might side against you
So the options available to you are:
- Open a dispute for item not received, and if you’re lucky eBay’s automated systems might rule in your favor (but it’s not certain).
- If you lose the dispute you can file a complaint with the bank. But if you paid with paypal the bank might tell you to contact paypal; if you open a paypal complaint you’ll lose 100% of the time because the tracking shows delivered.
If you paid directly by credit card you can try opening a complaint with the bank (chargeback), but it’s not certain the bank will side with you, because the tracking shows that the package was delivered.
Good luck

·9 months agoSame situation:
they say: 2 delivery attempts made days before the supposed delivery date (there are 2 elderly people at home who never go out but open the door for all the other couriers, how come?)
Form filled out, I know where the package is in Italy but it can’t be picked up (?)
customer support is nonexistent, no valid phone number that answers for parcels. There’s an automated chat but it doesn’t lead anywhere
The sender from Germany is shocked...
I bought it but I can’t know which courier will be used to make sure I don’t have to deal with them.
Ebay should oversee this strange courier and report it

·9 months agoRather than always complaining or looking for comfort by reading the other experiences of fellow sufferers, it would be useful to provide useful information to create a map of the shipping services that rely on HR Parcel so as to avoid these services and choose something better.
In other occasions I had already written it, but I’ll repeat it here too: in my experience, the Mondial Relay service (France) and the HERMES courier (Germany) rely on HR Parcel.
We need to build a more detailed map, so post your experiences.
Which shipping service did the foreign seller use to send you the item.
Anyway, to a large extent, all VERY CHEAP shipping services almost certainly go through HR Parcel, so if you don’t want any surprises, choose a more expensive shipping service.
Regards.

·9 months agohi, my package was shipped from Germany with HERMES then handed over to HR Parcel , obviously it never arrived

·9 months agoThe only thing you can do is contact BRT and ask why your package hasn't arrived.
Open a ticket saying your first and last name and delivery city, and say the package comes from Francolino Carpiano (MI)
Then tell them the seller didn't leave you the tracking number and isn't replying to you.
They'll reply that they don't have any package registered under your name or they'll give you some useful information.
Then do the same thing with GLS or SDA.
HR Parcel doesn't rely on a fixed courier; once they delivered to me with SDA and another time with TNT.
If you're lucky, something will come out of it; otherwise you won't be able to do anything.
Best regards.

·1 year agoI had the "pleasure" of dealing personally with HRParcel and I also wrote a detailed discussion dedicated to it that is no longer present on the forum at the moment, since if I insert the link to the discussion it tells me "The content you are looking for has been archived."
I repeat: HRParcel entrusts the package to a national courier (in my case it had entrusted it to SDA) and the SDA tracking was not visible anywhere.
If SDA, BRT, or another courier makes two delivery attempts that are unsuccessful, the situation becomes complicated because in theory the package should return to the sender after the storage period, but evidently there are many things that do not work properly with this service and the national couriers could take advantage of it knowing that this package is NOBODY'S CHILD.
I have used hrparcel several times with mondial relay (France) which then handed the package over to hermes germany, and it has always gone well for me.
Unfortunately you have / you all have run into a national courier that made the final delivery (less than honest).
Sorry for the inconvenience.

·1 year agoHello, a company certified to 9001 (being in the trade I went looking for the certificate) with inadequate traceability absolutely cannot obtain a quality certificate. I’m amazed at Accredia for having issued it, and I have already informed them of the issues.
what you write regarding their way of operating is really perplexing. They don’t even have an active contact, you have to find their certified email address on the business register, and you know their modus operandi?
Does the traceability not show which courier they entrust the parcels to?
Your statements leave me really, really perplexed.
These criminals need to be shut down! If they were on another continent they would already all have their hands chopped off!

·1 year agoHR Parcel – warning: fraudulent practices underway
I was also a victim of HR Parcel: parcel never delivered, delivery falsely marked as “completed,” fake signature with a made-up name, and total lack of support on their part.
Unfortunately, after searching online, I discovered that this is not an isolated case, but a real recurring pattern: hundreds of people have had the exact same experience.
For this reason we have decided to take legal action.
An Italian law firm has offered to assist consumers affected by HR Parcel:
without upfront legal costs;
by collecting a minimum number of documented cases;
to launch a collective complaint with the competent Italian Authorities (AGCOM, Antitrust, etc.) and assess any further actions (such as a possible Class Action).
If you have also been a victim of HR Parcel's unlawful practices, you can take part in the data collection by writing to:
📧 g.gorgolini+reclamohrparcel@gmail.com
In the email, indicate:
your case (brief description);
attach any evidence: tracking, documents, screenshots, false proof of delivery, invented signatures, communications with HR Parcel, etc.
Only with a significant number of reports will we be able to obtain concrete action from the Authorities.

·1 year agoHR Parcel IS NOT A COURIER.
so it could not have delivered any package to you.
Main function:
It receives parcels from foreign eCommerce (especially China, Asia, USA) and hands them over to Italian couriers (e.g. Poste Italiane, Bartolini, DHL Italia).
It acts as a "bridge" between the international courier (e.g. YunExpress, Cainiao) and the final recipient.
Services offered:
Parcel tracking.
Customs duty recalculation (if applicable).
How does it work?
The package arrives from abroad (e.g. from a Chinese site like AliExpress).
HRParcel receives it at an Italian hub (often in Malpensa or Bologna).
It sorts it to a local courier for final delivery.
The main problem / flaw of HR Parcel is the following: when the packages are sorted to the various national couriers, the final tracking code is not provided.
Tracking on the HR Parcel site is limited and you can't know which courier is delivering the package to you.
If you want to avoid SURPRISES next time, ask for a shipment with an international courier that is based both abroad where the shipment starts and in Italy.
For example, Fedex, dhl, ups.....
If you rely on low-cost shipping services that involve several handoffs from one operator to another, there is a risk of not having the final delivery under control.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

·1 year agoHello, I’m writing to you right away by email
In my case, the package worth 300 euros, shipped from Germany and delivered to them on the morning of May 26, shows in the tracking as having left Milan at 8:00 a.m. to arrive at my house the same day at 5:00 p.m.
They’re fantastic for delivery times, TOO BAD THE PACKAGES DON’T ARRIVE.
Given the numerous similar cases, it’s easy to figure out what happens to them. They must have warehouses full of the items contained in our packages: it will be very hard to find our articles again, so many packages will be lost.
Too bad that declaring a package delivered in such a shameless way is a crime, and too bad that, from the large number of similar cases read here on the internet, it could even amount to criminal conspiracy.
They even boast about being certified (without specifying the standard).
The Police have just invited me to file a complaint, which I will do.
As for your initiative, I’ll tell you right away that I have tracking evidence, PEC emails sent and unanswered, evidence of communication with their AI that sends everything back to the sender.
Since all this documentation is part of the complaint, I can’t send it to you; however, I will confirm my intention to take part in a class action, producing the المذكورة documentation at the appropriate time.

·3 years agoAside from the fact that we're already in mid-February and it would have been better to act in time, anyway:
The shipment was due for delivery on January 9 in ASTI (AT)
Then on January 13 it shows as delivered in STAZZANO (AL)
Unfortunately you don't have any further tracking, which presumably should be the one generated by SDA to try to understand what happened from Monday January 9 until January 16.
It started from Mondial Relay France, then handled by Hermes DE, then Hermes Italy, and then it was surely entrusted to SDA.
A real pain in the neck, I'm really sorry.
Try contacting Poste Italiane at 803160 and see if they can help you; otherwise try contacting https://www.hrparcel.com and ask them who the final courier was that made the delivery, and if possible have them send you the SDA tracking code so maybe you can trace the carrier that made the delivery.
Kind regards.
