If the printer is the one that was sold by user Adrian...... on 5/12, it may already be too late since the 30 days have already passed.
If the deadlines have expired (and it no longer gives you the option to open the eBay refund procedure) all you can do is file a dispute with the payment method (PayPal dispute or chargeback from the credit card).

·3 years agoIf the delivery deadline that was listed in the ad has expired, ask ebay to intervene.
Do it right away, since you only have 30 days from that date.

·3 years agoAnyway, I see that your profile was created after the purchase, so you bought as a guest user. In this case, the eBay procedure would be slightly different: https://www.ebay.it/help/returning-item/buying/returning-items-bought-guest/returns-refunds?id=4065&st=3&pos=1&query=Ottieni%20aiuto%20se%20hai%20acquistato%20un%20oggetto%20come%20utente%20non%20registrato&intent=non%20registrato&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1151

·3 years agoIt would be helpful if you provided more details about what happened so I can give you a more precise answer.
Have you contacted the seller? If so, did they reply?
Did they give you the package tracking code?
How did you pay?
Anyway, you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a claim on eBay for item not received and get a refund.
