My order was delivered by you to dhl which is asking for money for customs it wasn't all included
If VAT has been charged to you a second time by the courier upon delivery of your items, contact eBay using the link below and provide proof of the double VAT charge. The VAT charged by eBay on the initial transaction can then be refunded.
Given that WE haven't delivered anything at all... this is a public forum and you're addressing other users, NOT eBay. Anyway: what listing was it? Was a shipment handled by eBay with the international program planned or not? Because ONLY in that case did you pay all customs fees in advance (and, I might add, handsomely too...), in other cases you're always at risk of additional charges upon delivery. Which vary from VAT, to duties and customs charges (understood as clearance fees) to be determined case by case and based on the total value of the item.
