the buyer has 4 days to pay; if they don’t, cancel the order with the reason for non-payment and you can relist it.

OP2 years agoRidiculous in my house, if you go to an online or physical auction, and you intend to pay and buy. There’s no point in fooling the sellers. A tax should be approved on the missed profit of 40% of the actual value. The canvas, without beating around the bush, has been put back up for sale at the same price...

Just to get a broad idea of the regulations.
Generally, sellers do some test runs to see how the land lies, and then possibly decide to get everything above board.
But that’s not how it works, because it’s like wanting to open a bar or a pizzeria illegally to see how it goes and build up a customer base before deciding whether to regularize things.
