Good morning, the product I bought is not right and the seller accepted the return, but in the instructions it says that I have to buy a label from a trusted courier and send it back by 6/8, uploading the shipping details. At the post office they asked me for €70 because it is sent as a regular parcel and DHL (the courier the parcel arrived with) (€80).... I’m not familiar with this, is there another way? The costs are really too high; to receive the parcel I had paid about €15Thank you for your reply.
