Unable to access the shipping platform from the desktop version of eBay
Good morning,
for about a month now I get an error every time I request a label, from the desktop version. On the app it works better, even though it seems very slow to me.
The error that is displayed to me is:
400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
nginx
does anyone have any idea why?

·3 months agoI can imagine the reason, it’s due to the incompetent technicians at the eBay site. Every time a problem comes up, then it takes them forever to fix it, and lately with this shipping platform change, they’re ruining everything

·3 months agoI HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM I constantly have to delete eBay cookies , I've tried different browsers but after two or three logins I get bad request 400 , it's definitely an eBay problem but who will fix it
