Information
Hi, it's the first time this has happened to me: more than 36 hours after paying for two books, I still haven't received the shipping notification... I also sent a message to the seller but I still haven't received any information about it. Is this normal? Thanks.

·2 years agoIs it normal? IT DEPENDS on who you bought from and what shipping and packaging times were set by the seller.
Here it’s not like on Amazon, here each seller can decide the shipping method and timing based on their own needs.
So before worrying, I invite you to read the details about shipping and packaging times.
Kind regards.

·2 years agoObviously, before getting alarmed, you need to read the listings carefully, where the seller’s shipping times are always indicated. And they’re definitely not one or two days, especially if the seller is professional, with a much higher number of daily sales. As for the communication silence, remember that not all sellers like verbal exchange. It seems paradoxical, I know, but that’s how it is. Once I asked a question as a buyer. The answer came after three days: ..'have to check'. I realized that, as with women, questions have to be brief, without letting any interest show through.😃

·2 years agoForgive me, but before alarming yourself and therefore stressing the seller out, have you read the sales conditions and the relative fulfillment times?
36 hours is practically a day and a half... so I wouldn't panic right away and would read the listing carefully.
If the seller has indicated that they fulfill the order... for example... after 5 business days, the wait is more than normal.
Best regards.

·2 years agoAbsolutely not. Because if you go to my eBay and look on the left in the list under the Summary: orders, your recent activity opens up. With your latest purchase and more, and the parcel tracking where you can see where it is right now. If it’s in transit, and when the shipment left. You can also go to Poste Italia shipment search
and enter the parcel or registered mail number and monitor everything like a sniper. Best regards.
