I have a problem: I had put an item up for sale that I can no longer sell, but in the meantime a guy bought it. How can I cancel the payment and return the money to the guy

By entering a credit card where eBay can take the money for the refund!

Then, calmly, eBay will transfer the funds to the IBAN you provided at the end of the preventive hold.
