Hello everyone, I’d like to ask if you’ve ever had a similar experience; the buyer wanted to return an item, I sent them the funds to ship it back, but now I find out that because the buyer put too high a value for the item in the customs declaration documents, DHL just called me to tell me that I have to clear customs on the package by paying more than 90 euros. Could someone help me and tell me what would happen if the package were to return to the sender?
