The buyer asked me to change their name on the label I have to ship
The buyer asked me to put their name on the label instead of their brother-in-law's!!
Can I do that? Or do I need to ask them to change the name

·1 year agoObviously no: you have to ship to the address (and the name) that he specifies on eBay.
So he has to register another address BEFORE completing the purchase and enter that one at checkout.
If he does it AFTER, you have to cancel the sale, relist the item, and have him buy it again.
