The buyer is refunded but the item arrives late, how do I get the money from eBay?
During the month of December, I sold some items that arrived late because of Poste Italiane and its shipping delays due to the Christmas holidays. Since there were delays, eBay issued refunds to all these users, who as soon as the Christmas holidays were over, all received their items, but eBay, even after I appealed, not only permanently blocked my account but also doesn't even want to give me the money it refunded to the buyers, so to make matters worse, not only did I lose the items that are in the buyers' hands, but I also lost the money and on top of that they blocked my seller account, does anyone have any solutions? Who can help me?

·2 years agoIt happened to me too, unfortunately there's nothing you can do, or you have to be lucky enough to have some honest buyer accept a partial refund (since often it's only delayed because of the delay

·2 years agosharing the replies of the other users (.... in the end we always come back to the point that whoever sells must necessarily inform themselves and understand the rules before “venturing” into posting listings that then turn out to be a boomerang..... ) , in the end it may seem absurd to you, but the only one that can help you is ....... EBAY

The estimated delivery times are also visible to the seller, who can modify them.
If you read here:
https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/shipping-delivery/opzioni-sulla-data-di-consegna-acquirenti?id=4025
at a certain point it says:
Packing times: sellers can set packing times based on the time they need to package the item and prepare it for shipping. These times can range from the same business day up to a maximum of 30 business days from the moment payment is received
Now if you declare a packing time of 1 business day + use a service like postedelivery (which is advertised with delivery in 3 business days), eBay calculates an average of 5 days for delivery.
If delivery is delayed by many days, eBay refunds the buyer.....
I'm sorry, but online sales in a "professional" mode like the one you were doing with volume sales can't be improvised overnight.
eBay is a very powerful and heavily regulated platform, so you have to start in small steps to have time to get familiar with its many mechanisms.
And you also have to respect its rules.
But how can you think of selling counterfeit items with the Apple logo and writing that they are 1:1 replicas?
1:1 replica = COPY/CLONE/FAKE/REPRODUCTION/IMITATION/COUNTERFEIT......
I'm sorry, but if eBay has blocked your sales, only eBay can reinstate you, but honestly I strongly doubt that this will happen.
There's no point in trying to open another account in your name because it will be blocked.
Kind regards.

·2 years agoI’d say, playing at being a professional seller with a private account, what did you expect?
I don’t think the account block is just because of late deliveries...
Kind regards.

·2 years agoThe ban is due to the sale of fake items. He calls them 1:1 replicas
In Italy these sales are criminal offenses and obviously eBay has no intention of being his knowing accomplice.
