.......why do they even bother specifying it? Have they ever refunded anyone, these clowns, even when the carrier was fully responsible for destroying the package, and proving it with photos and videos? There’s always an excuse not to refund the unlucky customer. Even if it means telling you that that day the alignment of the planets didn’t match the ascendant of your zodiac sign, which clashed with negative karma and universal entropy......
Besides randomly taking money from their customers, making up measurements and weight at random. Ridiculous!🤣😂

·2 years agoGranted, a private individual who decides to go directly through a BRT, DHL, GLS, etc. courier for a single shipment would end up paying something like 25~30 euros for a 5 kg package.
It follows that the private individual who doesn’t have large shipping volumes with specific subscriptions turns to a shipping broker.
A shipment that would cost 25 euros, you pay 5.22 euros for.
In this case though you no longer have direct contact with the courier, so you can only deal with the broker.
If you don’t want to spend a fortune, these are the available alternatives.
The broker, in exchange for a CUT-RATE shipping price, imposes a series of conditions and limits on shipments; okay, you evaluate it and also see what the market offers.

·2 years agoConsidering that Packlink is a broker, nothing else should be expected.
With incorrect measurements and charges, I also had experience directly with the courier... they say that the automated machines that detect the dimensions and weights of parcels are beyond dispute... so if they make a mistake... you're stuck with it!
