I ordered an injector for Dacia mod H8200704191/8200903034 from DieselFixNeuss and made the first installment payment with Klarna on 28.02 c. m., but as of today I have not even received the order confirmation. The payment certainly went through, and delivery, according to the payment form I saved, is scheduled for March 11-13. The injector cost 174.95 euros with the FITPRO25 discount applied
euro 159.95. The first installment paid was 53.32. I await any communication on the matter by email. Kind regards

Just to be clear, they send you a refurbished injector if you send them your old one.

·1 year agoIn theory, the order is processed when the deposit is paid.
So you receive the injector, and to get the deposit back you have to send back the used injector.

So if the buyer wants the deposit back, he’ll have to ship the injector to Germany at his own expense, and I imagine that since he’s not familiar with shipping brokers, with the post office the Poste Delivery International starts at 24.80 euros.......

If you read this conversation, in my opinion you’d do best to cancel the purchase and pay the installments, because all in all for 170 euros you can buy it in Italy rebuilt with a 1-year warranty, without all these complications, without making off-eBay deposit payments, and without having to send anything back.

Our deposit system
Step 1 You buy a deposit item from us, such as an injection nozzle.
Step 2 First, pay only the purchase amount via eBay. After that, the deposit has to be paid. You can make the payment via Paypal or bank transfer. If you want to pay the deposit via Paypal, first log in to Paypal, then go to "Send money / Pay for goods and services" and enter our e-mail address (see legal notice) and pay the deposit amount. The deposit is 50 euros per item. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can also pay by bank transfer. The bank details will be sent to you via message after the purchase through Ebay.
Step 3 After payment of the deposit, your order will be shipped to you.
Step 4 You will receive a deposit receipt in the package with your order. Fill out this deposit receipt and enclose it in the package when you send us your old parts back. The shipping costs for the old parts are borne by the buyer. The old parts must be returned to us within 15 working days from receipt of the order
Step 5 After receiving the shipment of your old part, you will usually get the deposit back within 3-4 working days.
The deposit must be paid within 5 days, otherwise we will refund the purchase price with the reason of cancellation of the purchase at the buyer's request.

have you carefully read how the purchase of injectors works in Germany?
The item will only be shipped after paying the deposit, which will be refunded when you send the used injector... which has nothing to do with paying for the item.
