Delivery not made
Hello, I bought from a dealer in the U.S.A. I think the mail carrier came to deliver the package when I wasn’t home, but due to a mix-up with the name, the package was not accepted and so sent back for inspection (according to the post office). If the inspection shows that everything was in order, will they send it back to my address or will it remain stuck in a warehouse?

·2 years agoYou need to verify this with CERTAINTY through the tracking (if available).

next to the item you bought, go to "see order details" to see if there is a tracking code.
If the tracking code shows that the package was not delivered because the recipient was absent, go to the post office right away without waiting too long to pick up the item.

obviously if it's a package with tracking, get the tracking number: with that you'll be able to be more precise when asking for information.....
