Undelivered shipment
Hello everyone, I'm new to eBay and I wanted to ask about my case.
On 26/10 I bought an item, with payment, all without (perhaps mistakenly on my part) contacting the seller but simply buying it. On the 30th this item was shipped, according to the site, with POST ITALIANO, with a delivery date expected between 31/10 and 6/11. Today it's 6/11, already too late for courier deliveries, and I'm starting to think it's a scam.
I tried contacting the seller but the message in the photo appears, and even after logging in it won't let me write.
I don't want to seem suspicious, but I'm starting to think it's a scam; I will still proceed with a refund for non-shipment.

·2 years agoThe two things are independent. You still need to verify your identity and your profile by providing the documents requested by ebay.
As for delivery, talking about fraud just because of a one-day delay seems exaggerated to me.
Tomorrow open a report and carefully follow the procedure so you can be fully refunded (in case the item still isn't delivered).
