Failure to credit the checking account

Hello everyone, I kindly ask for some clarification on something I can’t understand: I’ve been a seller for a short time, so far no problems with receiving payments, but in the latest sale, after the items were shipped, received and after I received positive feedback, and after the payment funds have been marked as available to me since September 1, I regularly get emails from eBay saying that "the payment was not successful"... and that’s it! They don’t say the reason or anything else and that "no action is required on my part". Looking at the timeline, you can see that the credit is made to the available funds, postponed again and again only to then be canceled, the funds credited again, and so on in a loop.
Thanks in advance if anyone is able to explain what’s going on because I can’t get to the bottom of it!

·3 years agoThe same thing is happening to me, bank transfers blocked, they made me change banks, nothing, they’re blocked, support doesn’t know how to solve the problem, what else am I supposed to do?

OP3 years agoThanks for the replies for now! I don't have a card with an IBAN associated with the account, but as heavenwelkin says I have the impression it's a bank problem, as if it no longer accepts payments from abroad (the buyer was Italian but if I'm not mistaken eBay transfers come from abroad, right?).
I'll try contacting the bank, it could be that this is the reason. Thanks again for the suggestions and have a good day!

·3 years agoIt's not necessarily eBay's problem......
It could also be that your bank, for some reason, no longer allows credits coming from foreign checking accounts.
Try contacting your bank as well and mention that until yesterday you were receiving eBay credits and now they’re being sent back.

·3 years agoIt's not easy to answer you; support, which has access to your seller account, should do that.
Have you linked a card with IBAN to your account to receive funds? Could there be a limit on incoming amounts on the card linked to the account?
Have you tried contacting support?
