Good evening, for the first time I’m selling on eBay but there are many problems getting paid. The first time they said the document format was too large, the second time they wouldn’t accept them

in the meantime they made the micro deposits in the bank, I had the photos resized but nothing. Today it’s impossible to get a phone contact (ACCORDING TO THEM MY PHONE DOES NOT ACCEPT THEIR CALL) I don’t know how to contact eBay and meanwhile since 21/03/25 I haven’t been able to receive the payment. You’re too picky; with other sites there aren’t so many problems and red tape.

You’re way too picky, with other sites there aren’t so many problems and loopholes.

that said, it’s good practice to inform yourself before selling (whether it’s on eBay or on another platform.....) and, I’ll add, also where you post (for example here on the user community, obviously eBay doesn’t have you on its radar at all.......), I can eventually agree that eBay is a bit complicated....... on the other hand other platforms simplify things too much....... (which at times is not a good thing either for sellers or for any buyers ...... )

Scroll all the way to the bottom of this web page; once you’re at the bottom you’ll find the words "ask us to call you". Try it and see if they can call you at the phone number you entered on eBay.

Anyway: eBay is calling her from an overseas number, so if she has blocked international calls, her phone ignores them.
