I've had enough, I'm waiting for a refund for an item I never received. I said the refund had to be made to a new credit card, and I gave the new number, because the old one had been cancelled and what did you do???? Refund to the old card's statement,,, enough, I'm fed up, and Bay is closed for me

If you made the purchase with the old credit card and in the meantime it expired and they sent you the new replacement card, usually the refunds go onto the new card without you having to do anything.
If, on the other hand, you changed accounts, things are different.
In any case, check that you received the notification email from eBay saying your payment has been refunded and then, if needed, contact the bank linked to your old card.
Everything has its own specific procedures; providing another card is not part of eBay's procedures.

The refund always follows the same path as the payment, it can in no way be redirected to another card, but this doesn’t only happen on ebay!
So you need to contact your bank to get your money back.
