I cancelled a package. The seller is refusing to send me the refund, blaming eBay. What do I need to do to get my money back? Do I need to report them?

·1 year agoIf you cancelled an order before it was reported as shipped, you can cancel it by following the procedure you’ll find in the link below.
If, however, the seller had already marked the item as shipped, the seller is not obliged to cancel the sale and may, at their discretion, still ship the item.
