It happens to me that when I’m about to pay, the price of the item itself is higher than the agreed price
1- it happens to me that when I'm about to pay, the item's price itself is higher than the agreed one.
2- During this period eBay isn't working properly, on some items I'm about to buy it says it also ships to my address, but the payment doesn't work because the seller doesn't ship to my address, which isn't true.
