No money

I'm having trouble receiving money. Previously I had my father’s account set as the incoming payments account, eBay called me to tell me that to receive it they needed my account, I changed the account to mine, I received the 1 cent verification but even though 48 hours have already passed they still haven't made any changes and I can't receive money. Any advice?
