I haven't received the refund for the order canceled by the seller
Hello, after a seller cancelled one of my orders, eBay confirmed that they had issued the refund, which I should have received within 5 business days. The time has passed and I still haven't received the refund, what should I do?

·3 years agoBased on the date of the email, ebay issued the refund within the following 48 working hours.
The refund always follows the same route as the payment, in reverse. The subsequent timing depends only on the contractual terms of your account and your credit card.
(e.g. if you paid with a credit card that takes the money from your checking account and the payment was made through paypal, ebay's refund is made to paypal, which in a couple of days forwards it to the provider of your credit card, who could take another 5 or 6 to credit it back to your checking account.)

·3 years agoGo to the help and contacts section and contact eBay support via chat or have them call you, which is better.
