I can't deposit the funds into the bank account

I have an order available for fund transfer but nothing shows up for me to transfer the funds. My money is in the negative because I had to pay for shipping, but if I go to the item it says “funds available for transfer.” What do I need to do? A couple of days have already passed

On this account I can see that you have sold 4 items, so you count as a new seller.

New sellers have fund payouts deferred to around 14 days.

Don't wait for the money to be credited before shipping, because otherwise you'll have problems with the buyer, who expects to receive the purchased item as soon as possible.

The payment will most likely be credited to you in 14 days; in the meantime, go ahead and ship the item.
