I've been having problems with eBay Packlink shipping for almost a week, both regarding an invoice issued automatically and paid automatically and a pickup that has not yet been carried out, but when I follow the correct procedure and get to the end, the system gives me an error. I had to cancel the shipment to create a new one to see if this time the courier comes to pick it up, but I haven't even received a refund for the canceled one.
