I can't find the shipping information, what can I do?

Good evening everyone, a buyer made me a purchase offer that I accepted. When I print the e-bay label, it asks me for the shipping details, which I don't know. How do I get them?? shouldn't they already have been entered automatically by the buyer? what's more, from their profile they seem to be in Germany and I had only entered shipping within Italy.

Are you sure you have already received payment? Because usually the shipping details are unlocked only after the buyer has paid.

Next to the item you sold, go to "order details"; it's a code like this one 18-10xx4-1xxxx

Click into it and you'll see whether the buyer has paid, including all the shipping details (if the buyer has paid).

If you accepted his offer and he paid, you should find his details in your sales.

Here’s how to print and customize documents:

Go to the Orders tab in Seller Hub.
Select Print invoices and more from the Shipping drop-down menu or next to the order details.
Choose the document you want to create.
By clicking on Customize you can add and remove details (you have the option to add the address label to the invoice/shipping document so you can print them together).
You can see the preview on the right side.
Select Print to create a PDF version of the document.
You can also click the download icon at the top of the preview to download the documents.

You can also print a shipping document by choosing Print shipping document on the Manage shipping labels page.

but are you sure you received the payment?

It is not enough to accept the proposal, it also has to be paid!

Make sure before making mistakes.
