New collection method for sole proprietorship
Good morning everyone,
I’ve had a problem for a few months now and I can’t get out of it. I had to change my bank account (previously Postepay Business) because I’d reached the SEPA bank transfer limit, or that’s how they explained it to me at the post office; in short, I could no longer receive payments from eBay and they kept getting sent back.
After countless trips to various banks to find the best rate, I opened a business account with Credit Agricole, but now unfortunately I’m facing an insurmountable problem...
When I go to change the eBay payment method, it offers us 2 alternatives:
1) Automatic connection to the current account through login details
2) Uploading a valid bank statement with the current account details that match those of the business on eBay
now the problem is the following:
1) the first option doesn’t work (it didn’t work even with Postepay Business but only with regular Postepay) because probably, I think, it is designed only for access to normal current accounts and not business ones, because once the details are entered (correct ones, since I log in correctly to home banking) it keeps giving me an error
2) the second option unfortunately, a bank statement can only be obtained after 3 months from opening the account... the only card I managed to receive from the bank wasn’t accepted by eBay..
So I find myself unable to collect my earnings, even though I’ve been an eBay seller for more than a year, have always paid the seller subscription, and with my old account I received payments without any problems...
I don’t know what to do...

·2 years agoMy name is Kelvin. I bought a motor from a Chinese company (3000w). Since I installed it, the motor hasn’t worked and I reported the case to Ebay, but they told me that I hadn’t returned the product, but unknowingly Ebay gave me a fake address, this is the main reason why I couldn’t then, but now I’m not writing them any response, please if that’s how they work I don’t know because it’s true, I’m upset because the product is now useless and useless, please look into this case properly!

·2 years agoYou should have used eBay’s return procedure and you should have returned the motor at the seller’s expense within the timeframe set in the dispute.
It’s probably too late by now, but try anyway to get eBay customer service to contact you, using the link at the bottom of this page.
