Subject still unpaid
On January 21, at 18:40, I receive a purchase offer for this item: 165582759699.
I accept one minute later and complete my part of the transaction, but as of today the buyer still hasn’t paid me and hasn’t even replied after I left him two very polite messages; it feels like I’m dealing with a ghost.
What do I do?

You need to wait at least 4 days before you can cancel the sale, stating as the reason that the buyer did not proceed with payment.
After you cancel with this reason, you will not be given any penalty by eBay nor will you incur any cost, so you can then relist the item for sale.

·3 years agoIf you haven't received any response, cancel the transaction for unpaid item and then, if you want, block the buyer.
