Item that never arrived, stuck at March 27
Good morning, my package is located at Francolino di Carpiano (Mi), Hr Parcel company.
It has been stuck since March 27 and it is not possible to get in touch with them.
Has anyone had the same problem? How did you resolve it?

HR Parcel does not ship directly but entrusts the parcels to national couriers gls,brt, sda, etc
You need to rely on the tracking you find on the hr parcel website.
I advise you not to panic and to check the estimated delivery dates provided by ebay.
Take the last estimated delivery date given by ebay, and from that you have up to 30 days to open a claim

You have plenty of time to open a claim for item not received, stay in touch with the seller.

·1 year agoThe responsibility for delivering the item lies with the sender until it is in your hands.
So I understand your anxiety, but on eBay you are fully protected until delivery is completed.
In the meantime, open a claim for item not received (before the deadline expires), then it will be the seller’s responsibility to take the appropriate action.

·1 year agoIf the delivery deadlines have expired, open a refund request. The seller will have to contact the carrier.

OP1 year agoThanks for the reply! Even the seller is trying to get in touch, but so far hasn’t gotten a response. I know I can ask for a refund, but I want the item I bought; I wouldn’t know where to buy it otherwise, it’s an antique item!
