item not paid for twice
I put an item up for sale, I received an offer (so through a proactive action), I accepted it and the buyer disappeared without paying. After 4 days eBay canceled the transaction and so I put the item back up for sale.
The same user bought the item from me and for the second time disappeared, doesn't respond to messages and hasn't paid.
But is this possible? Won't eBay penalize them? Should I report it to eBay? Thanks

·2 years agoAfter the fourth day you can cancel the sale with the following reason: The buyer has not paid for the item.
Once this is done, the buyer will be reported as a non-paying bidder.
After a certain number of reports within a certain period of time, this buyer will be put in a position where they can no longer do any harm....
Unfortunately, someone will have to bear the burden of being the "victim" of this time-waster.
