I bought an old battery for a 1999 iBook G3, so of course it’s been dead for decades. I need it to complete an old Mac iBook G3 that’s missing exactly that part.The shipment was sent on June 22 and on June 25 it was in Modena, 17 km from the chosen pickup point in Sassuolo (the same one I’ve used for years for eBay purchases).But it stayed stuck in Modena until July 1, only to then be marked in Sassuolo that very same day.But it wasn’t delivered.Since the night of July 1 it’s been in Bologna and hasn’t moved from there since.I tried calling the Poste Italiane numbers (both the toll-free and the landline) but after waiting more than 15 minutes the operator told me they know no more than what shows up in the tracking, and that the sender has to file the complaint.Can anyone tell me which warehouses or sorting centers in Bologna handle that kind of shipment?Could I try calling, or would it be a waste of time?
