Hello, I’d like to know if anyone has dealt with a similar situation and, if so, how it turned out.

I ordered a package from a Chinese seller who entered two different shipping codes.

The first one (active) says the package will be delivered in the USA.

The second one, on the other hand, is inactive.

The shipping details I entered are correct.

EDIT:

For both shipments the seller used DHL Express.
For the first one (the active one) it shows "jcex" as the forwarder, the tracking works with DHL.
