the only one who can help you is the seller... have you communicated with them?
If you really can't, open a return request for item not as described... it's one item, but there were supposed to be two:

OP2 years agoHi. Yes, I also contacted the seller 3 times. Awaiting a response. Then I also found the customer service email address, to which I wrote twice and they already replied, of course automatically, saying that they have taken my request into account and that they will respond within 48/72 hours......basically after Christmas. I hope at least before December 31.
Let's see how it goes.

Only in that case is the seller obliged to reply to you, and eBay can step in if the seller does nothing.
Contacting support is useless, you have to act yourself.
Anyway, if you really want to contact them, at the bottom of the link provided you'll find how to do it.
