Order not found

Hello, I bought an item on eBay. I received the order confirmation, for a few days it kept showing the order as not yet shipped, now it says order not found.. I don't know if I bought as a guest or from my profile, but I made the payment everything regular and on my profile the purchase doesn't show up. Why is all this?

I can't even resolve it with the link you sent me..it says order not found..is it possible that as soon as it gets shipped everything will be resolved?
