Package delivered as shown in Poste Ita tracking but not recorded on eBay

I sent a package with POSTE1, which I’m very happy with (delivery from Sardinia to Liguria/Tuscany in 24 hours), and on the Poste Italiane tracking it shows as delivered but not on the eBay portal.

Last month there was another problem: it didn’t show as delivered on either portal. Worried, I contacted the buyer thanks to the registered phone number and the package was duly delivered 24 hours after shipping. Even today, after more than 1 month, it still shows as not delivered.

Obviously there are problems. For Poste issues (when the postman doesn’t scan the delivery) we need to complain to them, but if the Poste tracking shows it as delivered and eBay doesn’t record it then the problem is eBay

eBay has to manage (almost) all shipping services in the world, not just the Italian ones.
To interface with them, that is, to sync the tracking and show it on its pages, eBay uses scripts that query the relevant pages on the website of the shipping service chosen and entered by the user.
If on this "parent" site (in your case the one for Poste Italiane) even a comma changes in the display, then the process gets blocked until some eBay employee checks and fixes the script above.

So, rather than on this forum, I suggest reporting it to the eBay staff so they can take care of it: there’s nothing we can do about it here...

so? anyway, in the event of a dispute, what matters is what is stated by the courier and on its website (which can also be verified by eBay; moreover, it is fairly well known that eBay’s tracking, for various reasons, sometimes does not report tracking results correctly )

Ebay publishes the data provided by the couriers; if something is missing, it doesn't necessarily mean it's ebay's fault.

Excuse me, may I ask if Ebay pays you for your posts? I sold an item for $426 and I’ll get less than €225, I think the fees are extortionate and thieving. This is the second time I’ve found the tracking not updated and I pay them over €200 to do nothing? The description and the photos are mine, tell me why these crooks have to take such high fees? The package was delivered and the post office immediately updated the tracking but on ebay it still shows only shipped. They don’t answer the phone and in chat they tell you 'don’t worry, you’ll have the money by the agreed date'. These rogues keep the money of millions of buyers worldwide for almost a month, do you know how much interest they make? They don’t pay taxes in other countries. If it were up to me I’d send them to prison, but they’re American so everything is allowed. I want to remind you that the sooner the package shows as delivered, the sooner I get the money. With 40 pounds I can get a stall on Portobello Rd here in London
