damaged package but buyer does not sign with reservation
Hello,
as the title says, a package sent arrives damaged to the buyer, but they do not sign with reservation.
Obviously the contents are damaged too, so I’m wondering how I can recover from the courier if I had partial insurance? On the Packlink website it says that without a signature with reservation, the shipment is not eligible for compensation.

·2 years agoif you bought through Packlink, you need to ask them....... on the site you basically already have the answer as indicated in your post, anyway nothing stops you from contacting them directly for clarification

OP2 years agoApparently the buyer found the package outside the house, with no chance to sign for it.
