Hi everyone, I need some clarification regarding a DHL shipment. I have already paid the customs costs requested by DHL, but the package is still on the way. If I decide to refuse delivery or have the package sent back to the sender before it is delivered to me, am I entitled to a full refund on eBay? In particular: will I be refunded the item amount? the shipping costs? and the customs costs I have already paid to DHL? Thanks in advance.
