Package never arrived to the end customer and was sent back to the sender
Summary: The discussion between bulloganassa and heavenwelkin concerns a package that did not reach the end customer and was sent back to the sender. bulloganassa seems to be seeking clarification or solutions, while heavenwelkin provides answers and updates, continuing the dialogue to resolve the issue.
Good evening,
my problem is very simple, :
the package sent to the customer in Cyprus never arrived,
I sent it with full insurance, via Packlink with Brt.
the package seems to have been sent back to the sender)that is, to me.
I can't get in touch with either eBay or Packlink because this reason doesn't exist. the package goes back to the seller.. but it is stuck in Rho. does anyone have a suggestion, a link before I go directly to the Bartolini offices? )since the tracking is theirs but they keep telling me it isn't theirs.
Thanks.. if you want more details, ask, sorry for the syntax, but I'm tired.

·10 months agoIf the package is sent back to the sender (so it comes back to you), as far as the buyer is concerned, you’ll need to agree with them on any possible refund.
Either you sort it out between yourselves, or the buyer could open a claim for item not received.
In this case you will have to refund in full or in part (depending on the case).
If you don’t do it and leave the final decision to eBay, I’ll tell you right away that in the event of a refund you’ll also have to pay eBay’s fees on the sale.

OP10 months agohe has already sent the complaint, and I’ve already issued the refund, I hope it stays with the courier for a while and then they resend it to me, otherwise I’ve lost the refund, and the package (and €142 in shipping)
anyway they had me fill out a customs form because at departure it was picked up, but then immediately held up, with no kind of notice, I had to call Packlink and BRT myself, it had left, and then after a month, the customer sees the package that never left RHO. I wasn’t worried because I had seen that it had left from Parma.. but then..
thank you all.

·10 months agoIt is always GOOD PRACTICE to keep an eye on the shipment once it has been picked up because the unknowns are always around the corner....
You need to ask packlink in the ticket why the package didn't leave and depending on the issue found you should be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs from packlink.
Unfortunately, since you bought through packlink, you can't contact BRT directly to find out what happened.
This is one of the limitations when you buy a shipment through intermediaries.

·10 months agoGood evening bulloganassa
Cyprus is part of the EU, so there are no customs issues that could have slowed down or blocked the shipment.
What does the package tracking show?
Usually, when a package is not picked up by the buyer, it is held for a few days by the courier in charge, after which it is sent back to the sender.
To contact packlink go here:
https://spedizioni.ebay.it
Log in with your ebay account and then, next to the shipment that went to Cyprus, you can select from the dropdown menu "open ticket" or "send ticket" for support.
If you can't find a matching reason, enter the one closest to your issue.
Best regards.
