Good evening,my problem is very simple, : the package sent to the customer in Cyprus never arrived,I sent it with full insurance, via Packlink with Brt.the package seems to have been sent back to the sender)that is, to me.I can't get in touch with either eBay or Packlink because this reason doesn't exist. the package goes back to the seller.. but it is stuck in Rho. does anyone have a suggestion, a link before I go directly to the Bartolini offices? )since the tracking is theirs but they keep telling me it isn't theirs.Thanks.. if you want more details, ask, sorry for the syntax, but I'm tired.
